We run online and offline sales, promotions, advertisement, branding, facilitate logistics associated with services, buying and selling (wholesale & retail) and manage customer orders on behalf of our Vendor Partners from source to destination.
In other words, we operate an e-business platform with a difference. Our target is to maximize profit and grow businesses of our vendor partners by boosting sales and increasing customer base. Our special offers includes the following;

We pay for items before collection from Vendors. No POD/COD, however returns and refunds must be resolved within 3days.

We pay for and Pick up items from our Vendors and deliver to customers nationwide with no charges levied on Vendors. No drop off stations.

No issues of return of goods. Our model is designed to ensure returns are avoided. However, should there be any return of products Luddaa bears all damages associated and cost of reverse logistics within 72hrs after verification.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Vendor agrees to the following;

Regular stock update: Vendor shall regularly communicate Luddaa via this portal, WhatsApp or via assigned account officer whenever products go out of stock.

Discount prices: Vendor shall always discount prices of products and services where necessary.

First Place Priority: Vendor agree to always give Luddaa first place consideration whenever orders a requested (especially during promotions and scarcity)

Quick dispute resolution (maximum of 3days) for returns and refunds.

Defective, Stolen and Counterfeits items: Vendor shall not sell defective, stolen and Counterfeit products to Luddaa, in the case of such occurrence Vendor shall accept same and refund all cost incurred. And in any lawsuit in respect of same Vendor shall be fully liable for all charges and damages.

For warranty and after sales services, vendor shall give full information and assistance when requested.

Vendor agrees to list and sell ONLY genuine and licensed products, and Payment of VAT where applicable. (other T&C applies)
